Geometry and Landscapes

Juxtaposed landscapes created through angular forms and compositions, the two cards by artist and print maker Chowwai Cheung for Moniker emphasis the development of our environment over time. Drawing on a combination of urban and rural influences, each piece tells a narrative of structures and events throughout history. Whether or not they still remain is almost made redundant, as all blur into one. Cheung’s work focuses heavily on landscapes and geometrics, each piece is created as a collagraph print and results in artwork that transcends time.

We will be at Moniker Art Fair from 6-9 October, or to see more of Chowwai Cheung’s work visit her website and Instagram
